Laura Jetzer holds a doctorate in criminal law and is a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Criminal Law. She studied law at the University of Lucerne and at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago and was subsequently admitted to the Zurich bar. Prior to founding Jetzer Frank, Laura Jetzer worked at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Zurich for violent crimes, at the Meilen District Court, at a renowned Zurich law firm and at a law firm specializing in criminal law. She is mainly active in general criminal law as well as white collar criminal law. She has extensive practical experience in representing individuals in interrogations and in court. Laura Jetzer is a lecturer in criminal defense at the University of Lucerne and has been publishing regularly on criminal law for many years.

Friedrich Frank is an attorney at law and a Certified Specialist SBA (Swiss Bar Association) Criminal Law. He studied law at the University of Tübingen. After working as an assistant at the University of Berne for several years, as a tutor for white collar criminal law at the University of St. Gallen HSG and as a trainee at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, he passed the Bernese bar exam. Friedrich Frank, who is also admitted to the bar in Germany, subsequently worked for many years in a renowned Zurich law firm as well as in a law firm specializing in criminal law, both primarily in the field of white collar and administrative criminal law. He is co-editor of the blog verwaltungsstrafrecht.ch and the Basle Commentary on Administrative Criminal Law. Friedrich Frank has been regularly holding lectures and publishing on criminal law for many years.

Kristin Ebner is an attorney at law. She studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw) and the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College in London (LL.M.). During her studies, she worked in a corporate law firm in Zurich and at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Zurich-Limmat. Before she was admitted to the Zurich bar, Kristin worked in a renowned corporate law firm in Zurich as well as at the District Court of Zurich, especially at the compulsory measures court.

Nora Markwalder is a professor of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminology at the University of St. Gallen HSG. She studied both law and criminology at the University of Lausanne and at the College of Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. After working for several years at the University of Zurich, where she also obtained her doctorate, and at the District Court of Dielsdorf, she was admitted to the Zurich bar. Nora Markwalder then worked for several years as an attorney in a law firm specializing in criminal law until she was appointed to the University of St. Gallen HSG. She is director at the university’s Competence Centre for Criminal Law and Criminology (SK-HSG).
